Do not trust this company

“Do not trust this company. They claim to provide a free service but all they are interested in is the commission they pick up from sub-standard suppliers. No customer care. They will advise they are not responsible for the issues that arise but are still happy to pick up the commission regardless. Complete waste of time and more hassle than it’s worth. You have been warned!!!!!”

“How could I have been next in the queue for in excess of 60 Minutes, before giving up. Was the recorded message simply lying? Appalling service. I will now look for an efficient energy comparison service.

WeFlip responded to this review by stating their office closed at 6.00 pm. So:
(1) Why does their website state their phone lines are open until 8.00 pm?
(2) Why did I sit listening to a recorded message for over an hour advising me I was next in the queue?
Just basic shortcomings that demonstrate they are totally inefficient.”
